³⁴ Truly I tell you, this generation will certainly not pass away until all these things take place.^{(A) 35} Heaven and earth will pass away,^(B) but my words will never pass away.^(C)

³⁶ “Now concerning that day and hour no one knows—neither the angels of heaven nor the Son^[a] —except the Father alone.^(D)
